Hope you all remember the chocolate face Arvind Swamy,who acted in films like “Roja”, “Bombay”. He wasn’t seen on screen off late.  and Dalapathi,  He and his wife Gayatri Ramamurthy who have been in marriage relationship for the past 16 years,though they’ve been living seperately since seven years almost.Thenews is that the couple now  had approached the Chennai Family Court for a divorce by mutual consent. The court agreed to their divorce, and set a condition that Aravind Swamy will have to pay his wife Rs.75 lakh one time payment. The one time actor agreed!
Aravind Swamy and Gayatri had married in 1994. They have two children, a 14 year old daughter Ahdira, and a nine year old son Rudra. They have been living separately since seven years now. As per the court’s rules Aravind Swamy will have to make a one time payment of Rs. 75 lakhs, and pay her alimony of Rs. 1 lakh per month! The monthly payment is not subject to enhancement under any circumstances, and Gayatri will get the payment as long as she remains unmarried. Aravind gets to keep his children and take care of their education and upbringing.
